Nick Irwin has been calming those in stressful situations for years. After graduating with a degree in Business Administration from Auburn University, he moved to Nashville in 2003. His first position was working in registration at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital. He learned fast that communication with a calm and determined focus allowed those he worked with to remain confident and positive in some during some very difficult situations. Nick then worked for several medical software companies training physicians and nurses. Both of these positions sharpened his people skills and taught him the many different ways to approach people.

Putting people at ease has been Nick's greatest strength throughout his career. He began teaching physicians difficult software concepts and now simplifies the details of a real estate sales contract. Nicks clients always feel comfortable and confident. He will hold your hand, from the moment he shakes it at the initial meeting, all the way to the closing table as he congratulates you on your home sale or purchase.

Nick has traveled extensively (even living briefly in Seattle, WA) seeing a lot of the country - big and small towns. While traveling, it occurred to him that putting down roots and buying a home was what made life rich and connected. He purchased a home in 2007 and found that owning a home brought great satisfaction and helping others find the same was the career path that allows him to serve others and make a living. He is finally at a financial point to be able to make this dream happen.

In his spare time, Nick loves to spend time at his lake house on Smith Lake in Alabama. He is actively involved in his neighborhood association in McFerrin Park and served on the board last year. You can find him out and about trying new restaurants in town and exploring new and upcoming areas of Nashville.
