I'm a native Nashvillian withover 30 years' experince in residential sales. I choose to do my business with a select number of customere and clients, so when you choose me you get me and not a team of agents. I grew up in a family real estate business and as my parents got older, I moved my license to Village, the largest independent brokerage in our area. I love to match my clients with the perfect fit for their needs. I am a certified CRS, GRI and Broker and am a top seller consistenly year after year.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I preferably have a face-to-face meeting, to get to know each other, and during which we go over their desires and needs. I make sure they are pre-qualified with a lender either before our meeting if possible or soon thereafter. We go over areas and types of homes that might fit their needs. I ask them to sign a buyer's represntation agreement in the spirit of forming a partnership between us. Then we will begin looking a potential homes, first online, and then in person as they see ones that interst them. I am a good listener and am an excellent matchmaker in this area. I have several dedsignations, and strongly believe in education.
