We are a family, locally owned business that personally relates to our clients. We treat everyone like friends and family, delivering the best quality products and services. We don't have a strict list of services that we will or won't do. We go above the norm, taking care of our client's needs to get the project done well, and right the first time.
We LOVE our clients!! We have met and worked with some of the most wonderful people. Many become close friends because we spend so much time in their homes, around their families.
Beyond the relationships, transforming our clients homes and/or offices and seeing their positive reactions is addictive! Knowing we have improved their everyday living environment is very fulfilling.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to meet you ASAP! Let's chat for about 30 minutes on the phone, talk about your project needs and make sure we're a good fit.
Next, our initial in-home consultation, which lasts approximately two hours, is our opportunity to view the project, get an idea of budget, take needed measurements and pictures, get more details about the project and give us a chance to get a good feel for the client's needs. We will also discuss what our next steps will be so our client is never wondering what's going on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After studying design at the University of Memphis, Christina Smith has worked as an interior designer over twenty years. She has worked as a corporate design trainer and manager for a national design product corporation. Christina has also held board and chapter positions with various design and business associations. Christina believes that great customer service in design is a two-part process; connecting with the client and fulfilling their project desires by exceeding their expectations.
Royce Smith has had a twenty year career in management, more specifically in high-end appliance service. He believes in delivering the very best customer service by being attentive, having excellent communication, and doing things right the first time.

Our initial phone consultation is free. The initial in-home consultation is $250.00 and lasts approximately two hours. Every hour after the consultation is billed:
$95.00 per consultation hour
$45.00 per shopping/administrative hour
For projects consisting of a full room or more, we offer package pricing so our clients know exactly what they will pay to complete their project.
