All proceeds from our store and grooming services support our nonprofit mission which includes job-training and employment for young adults, humane education, and adoptions for homeless dogs and cats.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer pet-product retail, full grooming services, dog self wash, and pet adoptions for dogs and cats from our city shelter so a customers first experience will depend on their specific needs and interests. For grooming, new clients need to provide proof of current rabies vaccination for their pet. Upon arrival our groomer will greet the client to learn more about the pet and to get specific grooming instructions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our groomers are skilled, professional groomers with years of experience in the field. Our retail store manager has more than 15 years experience in the pet retail field and is very knowledgeable about healthy food and treat options for dogs and cats.
