What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With sellers, we like to schedule an in-home visit to see the home firsthand to ensure we provide accurate pricing strategies. For buyers, we like to meet or do an in-depth phone consultation to go through the entire process start to finish. This educates our buyers and puts them in a much better position when making decisions and allows them to feel confident throughout the transaction.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our services are free to home buyers. For sellers, the most we would charge on any residential transaction is 6%. We offer structured plans that accomodate each individual homeowner.
How did you get started in this business?
I've always believed in customer service and building a business that supports its clientele. I knew from an early age that I wanted to implement that into my career, so real estate was a natural progression that allowed me to build a business on those fundamentals. Purchasing a home or selling a home usually intersects with a major life change. I wanted to help during those life changes and be an advocate for my clients during something so monumental.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types - we welcome first timers to repeat investors to people relocating to the area. We've helped families downsize and we've helped families purchase bigger homes for growing families. We sell luxury homes, condos, and everything in between.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Research. Do your research! Spend some time asking around and browsing online for reviews. First hand testimonials from previous clients are so important. There are a ton of Realtors, so it's important to find one that not only knows the market and current trends, but one that you also "jive" with and feel certain has your best interests at heart.
