What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do in person estimate at the job site, with an written proposal. Then if homeowner wants to move forward with their project. We go over pricing and sign a contract. Then work begins.

We have over 25 years experience in the field. We have insurance and workman's compensation. We have or will obtain any thing needed for the job or costumer's satisfaction.

We have a standard pricing system. For home additions we charge by the square foot. For home repairs we charge by the job with a standard pricing sheet.
How did you get started in this business?
Me and my family has always been in construction. My started in construction after high school, I did the same. Then both my son's also followed I'm our foot steps.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers. We try to make all costumer's happy. We realize that no two costumer's are the same.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The just did a complete house flip for a costumer. It's nice to watch the transformation of a old house to a complete new home remodel.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would say, just meet the contractor. Then ask questions and for references. The contractor should be able to answer any and all questions. Then he should be able to provide as many references as needed.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Any and all questions can be handled and thought about at meeting with contractor.
