This company is amazing! The crew is so professional, clean, well mannered and extremely knowledgeable. My crew supervisor (Merle) was diligent about his job, his crew and doing everything right. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, I would never use anyone else for basement repair-

Guardian sales was responsive in making a bid on my basement wall repair. The bid was competitive with another company, but they offered a different technique that I chose. I opted for the steel beams versus the carbon fiber straps. There was no mess and no epoxy odor to deal with this way. The crew arrived as scheduled and completed the job professionaly. Overall, Im satisfied that Guardian was the right decision.

Critical: Responsiveness

We hired Guardian Foundation Repair to repair our foundation. In my initial discussion with Guardian about the job, I told them about a sewer line and gutter drain line underground in the repair area. Before the crew started work, I pointed out where the sewer and gutter drain lines were located. I was under the impression they would work around both lines.

Within minutes of starting the job, however, one of the work crew inadvertently bulldozed into the sewer line, rendering it unusable. Because of this accident, in the course of completing the job, they cut out a portion of the sewer line, completed the foundation work, and replaced that portion of the sewer line and covered it back up with dirt.

A few weeks later, the portion of sewer line they replaced collapsed. Water to back up in our home causing considerable damage. A plumber traced the problem to the collapsed sewer line. We then could not use water in our house until the sewer was properly repaired. I called the Guardian office and requested they repair the sewer line correctly or at a minimum dig down around it so I could get a plumber to repair it. They refused. They claimed that they don’t work on sewer lines and that repairing our sewer line was not in our contract (of course). They accepted no responsibility for breaking our sewer line and covering up a shoddy repair.

The crew also botched up reconnecting the gutter drain line but returned after several days and corrected that problem (though repairing gutter drain line connections was also not in our contract).

Extremely happy with a grate drain install they did to prevent our downhill driveway from continually flooding into the garage during heavy rain. So happy I hired them again to inspect and deal with a previous i-beam installation on the foundation done by another company before I bought the home. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and cleanliness of their crew. Great communication. A+ experience. Would definitely recommend.

I cant say enough great things about this company! I chose this company because they are a Veteran owned company. They came out immediately when I called to give me an estimate. I was very pleased with how reasonable the cost was for the 2 separate jobs I needed done. These were urgent as one involved a crack in my foundation and the other was standing water that had started to accumulate in my yard. These guys showed up the day they scheduled on time and worked until late that evening to complete the job. This was the nicest group of men you could ever ask to work at your home. When they were finished, I was speechless. They had dug a 75 ft trench in my yard but you could barely tell the ground had been disturbed. The work on my foundation required them to remove a stone area at the front of my house and to this day, you cant tell they touched anything outside. I was fascinated by how deep they had to dig to reach the foundation and the multiple steps involved in sealing that area! Excellent work and professionalism and I would recommend them to anyone.
