What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide telephone consultation and in-person evaluations as needed. Board and Train programs are our most popular training styles. We also provide in-home training to meet all your dog training needs
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our trainer is an 18 year police service dog trainer for the top programs in East Tennessee and has been providing pet training to the citizens of Knox, Loudon, and Anderson counties since 2011.

We started this training as a community service for our neighboring dog owners.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Have a detailed conversation with anyone you wish to train your dog. They should be able to explain methods and principles of their training plan.
