24 Hr Self Storage
About
We are the only family-owned and operated self storage company in East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. We have 7 different facilities in the Tri-Cities area, to be as accomodating as possible. All facilities are fully-gated with 24-hr access, flood lights with automatic timers for ease of use in the evening, recording security cameras, and even the use of a FREE move-in truck during office hours. We have 24 hr Customer Service that is NOT a call center! Our goal is to make whatever transition you are going through as easy as possible.
I enjoy being able to help others and build relationships with my occupants. I enjoy the many different facets of work that I do and being an asset to a growing company. I started with the company in 2010, and though I am not one of the family members, they have all certainly made me feel that way. I love the flexibility of my day!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Occupants can rent by telephone at our facilities 24 hrs. a day or can come and meet us in person at our office Monday-Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM and rent with us. Customers can enjoy a tour of the facility, a hospitality center with free beverages, and friendly staff. Our process, while unique, still retains the human experience each of us so desparately want in a business!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates' Degree in general studies, but have worked for 15 years in the Customer Service industry, from food service to retail, then nursing to finance. I have worked in the Self Storage industry for 7 years now and thoroughly enjoy, not only the human experience with other people, but the mental and professional growth and support I have received within the industry.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Generally prices are dependent on availability, but other factors such as seasonal specials vary the price from time to time.
How did you get started in this business?
Actually, God led me to where I am today. I was in a dead-end job and feeling very unsatisfied with my life. I looked in the newspaper for something better and found the ad. I have never looked back.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with several different types of occupants. Here is a list of some of them:
Seniors, Military, Homeless, Students, New Marriages, Newly Divroced, Business, Corporations, Famous Musicians, MLB Players, Doctors, Lawyers, New Parents, People with Deaths in their families, etc.
