I offer cage/kennel free grooming and have a one pup/family at a time policy. Your fur baby will be the only one on site during their groom and will receive an outdoor potty/play break during their time with me. I have a professional in home grooming studio, offer pet taxi services (I pick up your pup and bring them back), and also offer house calls for select services.
I get to spend my days hanging out with adorable pups while doing something that will make them look and feel better. It doesn't get much better!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I go over service/pricing options and speak with the owner to learn more about what the specific needs of their fur baby. Once they have successfully booked their appointment I create a "Pup-file", which contains pertinent information about both the pup(s)/cat(s) and their owner.
on the day of the appointment I show them the groom room and do an in person consultation to make sure we are on the same page. I provide text updates throughout the groom and let the owner when their pup is 30 minutes away from being ready for pickup.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Certified through the Animal Behavior College.
-Previously licensed in my former state of residence.
-Certified in K-9 first aid and CPR.

Rates are determined by a number of factors which are discussed before booking. I offer transparent pricing. There will be no $$ surprises at the time of pet pickup.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get to know your groomer and don't be afraid to ask questions. Being trusted with your fur baby is a huge deal and big responsibility. Your groomer should treat it as such. Also, be completely upfront about your pets behavior or condition. Surprises only create a stressful and prolonged experience for both the pup and groomer.
