What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with a new customer/client, I like to make contact to introduce myself and see what needs the customer/client has. I will do sales comparables and like to meet with the person to discuss the findings and decide on the best marketing plan. Marketing occurs through the MLS, Wally Gilliam Realty and Auction webpage, social media, and with Buy-A-Home Magazine.
