What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

To work with a new client we schedule a meeting in our office. During that meeting we discuss possible lender's that can help meet the client's needs and get them the best rate possible. Once they are pre-approved for a loan we then begin the home search process.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have to have 16 credit hours of continuing education in Real Estate each year.


What types of customers have you worked with?

Residential, Commercial, Investors, and Auction clients


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

When looking to hire an agent make sure you hire someone that has your best interest at heart. You also want to make sure you are compatible with their personality.


What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

They should have an idea of where they want to be, what they are looking for, are school zones important? If so which ones, commute to your job, and the area you want to live in.
