The process is simple. LISTEN. I begin by listening closely to my clients wants, needs and goals. It all begins with a simple conversation and determining the best approach for the specific situation.

I possess hundreds of formal coursework and educational hours and years of real world experience. My experience as a Business & Marketing Consultant for startups and turnaround businesses gained me national recognition from the Producers of Bravo TV, Spike TV, Fox TV as well as many other digital and print media entities.

As the Owner/Broker of an original brand and real estate company, RE 59, I'm able to manipulate pricing, fees and commissions to structure deals more easily.
How did you get started in this business?
I've always had an interest in art, design and architecture. The relationship piece of a real estate transaction just came natural for because I love helping others. I wanted to combine my love for all of the before mentioned, make a difference in people's lives and provide for my family .

I've assisted first time homebuyers to Billionaire moguls and everyone in between.

I'm fond of helping entrepreneurs and small business owners locate the ideal commercial retail location for their growing businesses.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Interview different agents. Listen to their "sales pitch". Most agents will try to impress you with the amount of money they spend in marketing. I can confidently say, I know where to apply marketing dollars and what's most effective.
