What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Come out and meet the customer. Allow show or give a request of what services they are in need of. While doing this we always want to not only sale a job but get to know the customer. Build trust and allow them to ask questions. We will give a bid as well as show all material cost for us and for them. We do not hide any profit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master Electrical License
Certified Agriculture Cirtificate
Contracting license in New and Old Renovations

How did you get started in this business?
As a child I had an a-fascination with Electicity. Couldn't really wrap my mind on how it worked. So I saw it as a challenge and wanted to Master it. Building and Remodeling I've always liked the finished product and feeling that I have accomplished something and made something that someone enjoys.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All. We have done charity work for the poor and needy. We have worked with the wealthy and Middle class. We always show Grace to those on fixed incomes
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A customer called and was in need of some switches replaced, troubleshooted, and also something built for them to sit on their porch bc of their size. Customer was on a fixed income so we gave them 30% off and also allowed them to pay monthly based on the price of the job over the period of 12 months.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When you are explaining your needs or wants and requirements, always listen for professionalism. Ask questions and see if they ever contradict what they are saying. Ask them to explain the whole situation to you while walking you through the process so you will have their sense of expertise.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
This is all depending on what the customer is in need of. Do your research on the certain need or want and take time to contemplate questions then.
