What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Phone/Text contact! If we miss your contact, we call back 100% of the time. We have never NOT called anyone back.
2. At home meeting/discussion. There we lay out a contract and agree on terms and timeline. We take ZERO DOLLARS UPFRONT
3. We show up when we say we will, do your job and insure proper happiness.
4. We will get paid and ask for review of services.

Not exactly. We do have a few mininums, but it's all relative to what someone needs. Concrete is a very suprising industry. It don't cost as much as you think it will, usually!
How did you get started in this business?
It's a funny story, but basically my boss told me I could start my own business if my ideas were so good, so I did! 😂
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've seen them all. Some know more than we do, and some are humble and respect us for our trained professional knowledge. I am not the kind to try and put out fluff. If I haven't seen it, or don't know or understand, I'll tell you!

Covid-19: people were home, talking to each other, and hiring us for their work! 🤷🏽♂️
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Never give anyone a dollar up front. For ANYTHING!!! There's a bunch of crooks out here. Please don't fall for 'ma'am, I just need to buy.......' no they don't!! They need dope!
