About
Customer Service. As I go about my day to day, I find that few people take pride in their trade. I see people doing the absolute minimum to remain employed. That type of attitude does not exist here. I take pride in my trade, I work hard to provide excellent service, and I listen to my customers. I adjust every job to meet the specific needs and goals of my customers. I also stand behind my work.
I enjoy the more creative projects the most. We often perform simple work, but when we have the opportunity to create something unique or intricate, it is great to be able to stand back and view the finished project knowing I was able to contribute.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is extremely difficult to provide estimates without all the applicable information. We prefer to perform an onsite consultaion in which we can learn all the details and goals from the customer, while providing information, options, and solutions to problems. We provide this onsite consultation without any fee, obligation, or pressure to the potential customer. This allows us to provide the most accurate estimate, and ensure the service we provide meets all the needs and expectations for the customer's project.
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We prefer to build long lasting relationships with our customers. It is mutually beneficial that we provide exellent service at a reasonable rate in which customer continue to utilize our service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 6th generation carpenter. I learned this trade from my father, grandfather, and uncle. I have been involved in trade work since I was a child, and have a lifetime of experience and hands on education. Keep in mind, just because I am already skilled in my trade doesn't imply I'm no longer a student. Technology and product development are constantly evolving in this industry. I regularly attend trade related workshops and expositions for training and education on new technologies, products, and method to continually improve my skills, and the services I offer to my customers.
