What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the customer's wants and needs is important. After I get a good idea of what they're looking for, I share my views, and create an estimate. If they like the price, there will be two deposits. The first deposit will be for material Cost's, and the second deposit will be for labor.
