What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because I am a home groomer and I work one on one, I can be very flexible with my schedule and yours! It’s about making your pet have a good experience not a stressed out time with me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school for dog grooming and then had to work under a salon leader for an amount of time before being able to become an “official” groomer. Years later there is always something to learn!

Pricing depends on the size, breed, and condition of the dogs coat
How did you get started in this business?
Honestly, I needed a job at the time and I was hired to be a dog bather! I loved it and it just took off from there!

Any time I get a new customer that tells me a current customer has referred them 100% warms my heart!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
ask questions!! There is no such thing as a dumb question and we’re not mind readers

length of hair they want their dogs hair to be, not just “take a little off”. Be specific with your wants and needs
