I do grooming and boarding in the comfort of my home or yours. I prefer customers to come to me but I also go to disabled customers or disabled pets or multiple pets.
I am happy I can make a living doing what I love. I will treat your pet as good as I treat my own. I know at the end of the day the dogs love me and feel good about themselves. I have been called a dog whisperer on a few occasions.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet and greet before takeing on a new client. I want them to see and be comfortable w there dog staying w me b4 the actual boarding.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would ask to see where your dog is spending most of there time while w them . Are they going to be kenneled the whole time . How many restroom breaks do they get in the grass . Your dog may use the bathroom inside your house after being kept in a indoor outdoor run or worse they may not go at all on cement due to being a well trained dog which is not good . What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What kind of treatment your dog is use to , are they a dog or part of your family? I treat all my boarding dogs as part of my family and I follow your written instructions on how your dog is fed and they get all the treats and special treatment you ask for .
