About

As an Owners Realtor, I can offer you, the SELLER a 4% Listing fee as opposed to the normal 5-6% most agencies charge for the same personal service.

As an Owners Realtor, I can offer you, the BUYER a REBATE, where lenders approve, at closing for up to 1/2 the buyer's commission rate for that property.

You will receive the same personal, professional service that I would give no matter the income I receive. I made the move to Owners to help my clients get their needs met. I look forward to helping you make your next move successful.

Frequently asked questions

I treat my clients as I would want to be treated; fairly, kind, firm when needed, and helpful.  I always strive to make relationships, not just sales.

I require you, as a buyer, to have a pre-approval from your lender if you are financing so we are ready to go when we find the home you want to buy.

When helping you sell your home, we will work together to make the right moves at the right times to get your home sold in a reasonable amount of time for the best price possible in the market.

Let's work as a team and get the job done.

As a Realtor, I have had extensive training, beginning with the initial Real Estate Salesperson's course.  I have many accolades, which is not the way I want to get your business, so I will not use those as leverage.  I would rather have you as a friend and someone I can count on to refer me to your friends and family because of the service I give you.

I can offer Seller's 4 - 4.5% commission rate.  This will be ultimately your choice.  Placing a higher fee out to the buyer's agent gets your home looked at more.  It doesn't matter to me, because our company only takes 1.5% of this in no matter which amount you choose to pay.

Many Buyers are eligible for a Rebate at closing.

I worked for a builder in the '90's.  By 2001 I was a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.  Within my first few months in business I became a Multi-Million Dollar Realtor.  A Realtor has to endure a lot more training and keep membership with the Board of Realtors and we must follow a Code of Ethics.  I left the business for some years after burning myself out (working too much) and now that I've taken that breath, I am back and ready to roll.  Give me a call.

I have worked with Residential Builders, Commercial Buyers and Sellers as well as Residential Buyers and Sellers.  All of these clients, no matter the price tag on the homes/businesses have received the same personal, professional service from me.  I have no favorites; I enjoy every transaction and love getting the best deal for you.

I don't wish to talk of current projects because my clients are all enjoyable and equally as important to me and I wish to keep all confidentiality for them.

Work with someone you get along with.  This is a long, difficult and many times stressful project.  It will go easier if you and your Agent have a flow.  Remember, they know what they are doing.  I, as the Agent know my clients are far more educated because of the internet now, and will absolutely take their thoughts and knowledge into consideration as we come up with a plan TOGETHER.

How much can I afford?

Have I spoken to a lender and gotten a pre-approval?

What do I really want in a property?

What do I really need in a property?

Do I need a bigger price for my home or a quicker move date?

Will I remember to treat my Agent as a team member and not the enemy? :)
