What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I prefer to meet face to face to make sure we are a good fit and discuss budget, needs, goals, desires, timeline, etc.  All the things that are import to my client whether they are buying or selling.  We then establish a plan and with one goal from that point on.  I am very open and honest and I tell you facts not what you want to hear to get the job.  I tell you the informtion you need to sell your home for the most money, in a timely fashion as the seller and as the buyer I tell you what the steps are to guide you to a new home with the best negotiation tools.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My training and education is continual to stay current with the market.  I do carry many certifications, ABR, SRES, BPO and I do a lot of listings for banks (REO's) so I am well versed in bank owned and foreclosures.  I feel it is VERY important to stay knowledgable with a changing market in all aspects - laws, finance, etc.
