I'm a green shop which means I only use natural no chemical products on your fur family. I'm a master certified groomer, also a certified veterinarian technician . I am certified in first aid and CPR. I have medical background that can also recognize and help diagnose any health issues that your pet may have or may arise in the future .

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most customers new and old contact me through text message due to the fact the shop is extremely noisy. I try to accommodate them the best I can and book them in appointment after collecting personal information of the owner the fur child health information that is needed to care for their fur animal. And then I accommodate them with an appointment that suits their needs. I do morning afternoon and evenings for those who work and can't make it during the day.
