FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start off with a phone call or message to Stacey - Assistant to Owner - where she can send a descriptive service pdf to your email with a form to fill out, after setting up a time to speak w/ Casey - Owner. Going into the phone conversation both parties can decide if they want to go forward or not, based on what they've learned from email/form & speaking. If both parties would like to proceed at that time, a Meet n Greet would be set up! Proof of vaccinations must be provided at Meet n Greet by Pet Parent &
