A successful sale requires a successful plan. Every transaction is unique and different, a seasoned real estate agent will have experience and acknowledge.
Make sure the agent is doing their due diligence on your specific property or your search criteria needs.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How long have you been in residential real estate sales? Is it your full-time job?
Like most professions, experience is no guarantee of skill. But much of real estate is learned on the job.
