What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we make contact and have a discussion about their project, then we schedule a site visit. We also take pictures and measurements if required for the task and then start working on a proposal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My personal experience level comes from learning on the job and growing up in the landscaping Buisness learning from my grandfather who had a successful landscaping company.
How did you get started in this business?
I’ve been in landscaping my entire life.
