What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to sit down with a buyer and discuss what they need in a home and than have them dream a little and talk about what they realy want in their new home. It is great to look at a couple of home to see their reaction to what is available.
Sellers need to understand what they will expect and experiance in selling their home. It is challenging at times.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have held my liscence for over five years. Our company provides training throughout the year and I am currently working on my broker liscence.
How did you get started in this business?
I wanted a new oppurtunity after our children completed school. I loved being there for them but it was time to share my gifts in a careeer setting.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with buyers and sellers.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I love finding first time homebuyers their home. It is alway exciting handing them the keys to their first home.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that your Realtor is there to work for you. It is a huge purchase and it is important that you make the right choice.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Talk to a lender, know what you are approved for and than look at your bills and decide what kind of payment you feel compfortable with.
