About
I believe in working hard and providing great one-on-one service. Those are the two principles that I use to guide my business. When I work with a client, I treat them as if I'm helping a family member. When a client has a question, I respond as quickly as possible. When there's an obstacle, I work diligently to overcome it. My goal is to treat every client as if they are my most important priority, because with great service comes success.
Helping Sellers:
My background in marketing and television production has given me a competitive edge over most listing agents. I have the ability to provide high quality photography, videography, aerials, floor plans, and marketing campaigns that attract more buyers who write competitive offers. Combine that with intimate market knowledge and expert negotiation skills and you have the best chance to sell quickly and for top dollar.
Helping Buyers:
My extreme work ethic and flexible schedule allow me to make myself available to show properties at a moment's notice. In this competitive market, speed is everything. My vast experience in real estate photography allows me to compare your property with the local comps, so we can utilize that first hand experience to create an effective strategy. Combine that with my ability to write offers anytime anywhere, and you have the best chance to submit a successful offer before most buyers even see the property!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call to learn more about your background and your overall wants and needs. If you want to learn more about me, I'll gladly tell you what I've accomplished and what I can do for you. I then review what the market has been doing in your target area, what you should expect, and what I think we can accomplish. If you like what you hear, I'm ready to get the process going. Once we begin working together, I'm available to you 24/7 until the mission is accomplished.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Speech Communication from Millersville University, so negotiating and connecting with others is my specialty. In addition to real estate sales, I currently own and operate a media company, Full-Bore Media LLC, where we provide photography, video, and marketing services for businesses in Central Pennsylvania.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Buyers pay absolutely $0 to work with me.
Sellers can negotiate commission based on the level of service needed to complete the transaction. I can guarantee no other agent in Central PA will provide the level of marketing I provide for free.
How did you get started in this business?
I started out in real estate marketing, became interested in the selling process, studied hard, and obtained my real estate license. I excelled in all aspect of real estate sales, especially listing homes. I figured since my photos, videos, and marketing were selling homes for other agents, why didn't I improve the process and provide a better customer experience?
I now represent buyers and sellers full time and my business keeps growing more and more each year!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Luxury, First Time Homebuyers, Investors, Commercial, Relocation.
I absolutely love high end listings but I really enjoy helping out underdogs. I love providing the best service for mid-low dollar listings because I know other agents simply aren't willing to put in the work. My team and I can handle every type of transaction.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had a great client call me after reading one of my online reviews and ask me to help him sell his house. He was trying to do a for sale by owner and his current contract fell through. I personally helped him and his family paint the house, fix a few things, then I took some great looking pictures and sold his house for a few thousand more than he had listed by himself in just 18 hours after it hit the market.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Shop around for the agent that will provide the best service. Never sign a contract at the first meeting, unless you really like and trust them. If it doesn't feel right and they seem too pushy, look for someone who fits your personality and will help you achieve your goals.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are they available to answer calls/texts/emails 24/7 or only during business hours?
Will I be working with the agent I meet with or am I passed on to another person after the first meeting?
Am I just another payday, or am I someone they actually want to help?
What kind of personal service will I receive?
