We are an Independent Residential and Commercial Realty firm. I personally serve the following counties: Dauphin, Cumberland, York, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, Juniata, Mifflin, Franklin and others.
I have been a realtor since 2005. My clients include: First time home buyers, empty nestors, upsizers, downsizers, investors. I am also a certified to list and sell HUD owned owned properties.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Attempt to determine their real estate needs.
If Selling:
1. Providing comparable sales. Informing the seller(s) what may need to be done to maximize the value of their home.
2. Explain the home selling process and what the seller(s) can expect.
3. Keeping the seller(s) informed when there are showings and providing feedback.
4. Bring them any and all offers.
Buyers:
1. Determine the type, size, location and price range of their ideal home.
2. Assist the buyer(s) with financing if needed.
3. Send them listings via email of properties similar to style, size and location of there dream home.
4. Once an offer is accepted, I keep the buuer(s) informed every step of the way. IE: home inspections, appraisal, etc.
5. Arrange settlement day, time and location.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Pennsylvania licensed realtor. I am also a certified "Home Staging Expert". I have nearly 14 years of experience.

Discovered I enjoyed the real estate business.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions. As in most professions, not everyone is created equal. Choose a realtor you trust. In choosing, consider more than money. Choose integrity and honesty.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Suggest they be honest with themselves. Do your home work and be realistic about your goals.
