I'm a perfectionist by my own right. I love to take an older home and make it look new again. When I see the customer smiling and happy, about price and quality of workmanship, it makes me feel good inside. I stand out because I'm cheaper then most and care more then most. Discount pricing for police, fire, elderly, and handicap.
I'm a jack of all trades. I do interior and exterior painting, flooring, drywall install and repair, as well as, whole room remodels, ie kitchens from floors to cabinets, countertops, tile backsplashes, and islands. Bathrooms painting sinks, vanity's, med cabinets, toilet install, flooring towel racks bathtub/shower repair and replacements. And any other rooms you may have. Full basement finishing and remodeling. Basement dry locking. I'm an experiencd concrete installer as well as concrete finishing. Small roof repair/replacement. Landscaping. Deck building/repairs. You name it, I DO IT!!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get general description over phone of the problem. Setup time for estimate.(if pics are avail. And I can see the job, pricing may be done over phone. If customer wants to go with ROB The Builder, then we will schedule a start date as well as a schedule of work and a description of the work to be performed. Draft contract to be sign by both parties. I split cost of job into 3 parts usually.. 1st part at start of job(if I'm supplying material then I may collect first installment before starting in order to obtain material. 2nd part when job is approximately half done. 3rd part when job is complete and all aspects of contract are fulfilled and customer is hopefully happy.
