What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer in home free estimates. During COVID, we can also offer estimates electronically.
How did you get started in this business?
I grew up in the contracting business. My Father, Arthur Rogo, was a General Contractor operating mainly in the Pittston and Old Forge, Pennsylvania markets. In 1987, I decided to specialize in vinyl replacement windows and expand to cover all of Northeastern Pennsylvania. In 1992 Jason Gilroy joined Northeast Window after graduation from Johnson Technical Institute in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Jason started as a window installer and is currently Vice-President of Production.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always check references, and remember, Google is your friend!
