What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try our best to explain how your pets stay will be, we set up appts asap and we encourage everyone to come in, look around and make sure you can leave your pet knowing they are safe and in good hands
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been grooming for over 20 years and have worked in one of the East Coasts most elite salons doing movie stars such as John Travolta's and Chad Michael Murray"s dogs

How did you get started in this business?
One day I decided I wanted a title other than m and wife. I grew up rescuing all types of animals, decided I wanted my own animal service business, my dad took out a loan, I got a book and here I am 25 years later
What types of customers have you worked with?
All of them but we seem to be the go to groomer for the harder to do more stressed pets because we try to remain slow paced and do not use kennels
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Someone rescued a ShitZu left behind by a neighbor. She was so knotted you couldn't tell her mouth from her ear. We took our time, got the hair off and all the sudden the fog ran around jumping up to kiss us. We were so happy for her and her new owners
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for the groomer that takes the extra time..and please if your dog is shaking of needing to be drug into a salon please do not leave them. There is always a ready why
