I can't believe it's been over 15 years now that I've been working in real estate. I started in 2003 as a real estate agent and investor.

The bottom line is, you either want to sell your house quickly for top dollar; or purchase a home that's best for YOU, within your budget. And, you want to do this with the least amount of stress possible...and that's what I do!

I bring a different perspective than the traditional realtor. First of all, I LOVE real estate. My whole life revolves around it. As an investor, you have to be very creative and persistant to get the deals done. This is what sets me apart from most. I will always be thinking, "How can I get this done for you?".

I will just tell you one quick story as an example. A few years ago, I was talking with a very nice older woman at a party, who was working with another realtor, in another state. She had just lost her husband and desperately wanted to sell the house and move back home. She had mentioned that she would take just about any offer, even at a huge discount just to sell the house quickly. She said she just had some showings, but didn't get any offers. One couple LOVED the house, but wanted carpet in the living areas, not hardwood floors. I said "Oh, they wouldn't take a credit for that, or just have you do it?" She had no idea what I was asking. Her agent, nor the buyer's agent, had even brought it up. Both parties had walked away...on to the next. That completely baffled me. I said, please go to your agent and tell her to ask the buyers if they would take a credit for the carpet, or if they want you to install the carpet for them. She actually called right there. By the end of the night, she told me the buyers were fine with that and working on the paperwork. Full price offer with a $3000 carpet credit. This was not even my client!

It was so simple, yet no one asked. I will always be thinking, "how can I get this done for you".
