What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We explain how our service works during the initial call or email to schedule an appointment. At the time we visit their home, we review the pet's needs with the customer and invite them to stay and be a part of the grooming process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all certified groomers. Our cat groomer was also a vet-tech prior to becoming a cat groomer.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, for dogs we charge by the pound (chuckle) and all our pricing is on our website, there are no hidden fees or extra charges.
How did you get started in this business?
We love animals and saw a need for in-home services for cats and dogs with ailments. We have expanded over the years to include "any pet" and have several bunnies, guinea pigs, ferrets, and other exotics.

Ask questions! Do not be afrais to ask questions!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If the pet has health issues, the customer should be very clear with the professional prior to beginning a grooming session.
