Taylor'ed Realty

Taylor is a Pittsburgh native. Born at Magee Women’s Hospital and raised in South Side / Arlington she has fond memories of helping with her family’s investment properties while growing up. This solidified her love for real estate at an early age. Taylor attended Slippery Rock University before graduating from The University of Pittsburgh and somehow found time to completely renovate an investment property. After graduating from Pitt she obtained her PA Real Estate License. However, when The University of Virginia offered her a great opportunity as an IT Project Manager, she could not pass it up.

She spent three years helping negotiate contracts, integrate new technologies, upgrading existing systems, and generally herding cats. Over the years she has gotten particularly good at it, however, something was always missing. That something was her passion for the job. Every day after work she would binge watch HGTV and DIY network episodes or read about Real Estate, even at the gym. She had always dreamed of working in Real Estate and owning investment properties. After plenty of self-reflection, the choice was made. Taylor needed to be in Real Estate.

Facing the uncertainty, anxiety, and excitement of being her own boss in an industry that is her calling she had one question. Where to start? For Taylor that never really was a question. She packed up her stuff and moved back home to Pittsburgh. Taylor manages the transaction from start to finish, utilizing her experience as a project manager to ensure the deal gets done right and your experience is the best it can be.
