I began my Real Estate career in 2014. After 12 years in the mortgage industry, I was able to combine my degree in Communications Advertising and industry experience into a career in Real Estate. During my time as an agent, I have closed over 100 transactions and am a multi-million dollar producer (2015-2019) and have been recently featured in Top Agent Magazine.
I feel my biggest strength as an agent is supporting my clients through the transition of buying and selling. Moving is a big life change and usually coincides with other major life events: marriage, expanding a family, divorce, relocation, downsizing and sometimes a family death. I strive to make the process as easy as possible for my clients and remain sensitive to their stress, fears and anxieties. It's such a privilege to help my clients

For a buyer, I will discuss with them their needs and wants in a new home and pair with a mortgage professional to help them get pre-approved for a loan. Then we house hunt and find that home that is the best fit. Once an offer is a approved I walk them through the inspection process while coordinating with the other agent, mortgage company, and title company to get the closing completed.
For a seller, I first discuss the timeline of when they want to move and advise on what improvements (if any) they may want to do. We discuss price based on comparable homes. Once the house is ready to list, we do photos and begin marketing the home through web, email, social media, open houses, etc. I will then negoitiate the offer, and walk them through the closing process.
I received a bachellor's degree from Robert Morris in 2003. I then worked for years in the mortgage industry. I became an agent in 2014 and have closed over 100 transacations.
When my oldest daughter was born, I was laid off from my full time job. I used my lay off as an opportunity to persue my dream of becoming a Realtor.
