What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a 10 minute discovery call to better understand your needs. If we are a good fit we send over a small questionnaire. Then we set up a date and time to meet you and your dog for an in person evaluation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained drug and bomb dogs in the military, have continued education in NePoPo, various balanced training classes and seminars.
How did you get started in this business?
Training is a passion of mine that started in the military and never went away!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with everything from puppies to people that want to take their dog to the next level for competition. Our most unique training style is one we developed specifically for deaf dogs.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We held a protection training class. It was very high energy and a lot of fun!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Watch videos of dogs from any trainer you're considering. If the dogs head is down and the tail is tucked then they are using fear and pain to get the dog to respond. The dogs head and tail should be held high, like they are playing and having fun! That's true balanced training!
