Puff Pups Away
About
I take pride in giving quality care for my customers. My main focus is to make sure your fur baby get the attention they need, with maintaining good and healthy skin and coat care. We can assure that you get the proper haircut that you love.
I started with going to school for a veterinarian technician and soon after finishing I realize that I would do better with doing hair cuts and seeing what good I could do when helping with good and healthy skin and coat management. Every day that I can help I feel like it's worth while, and I enjoy every moment of it.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to do a phone consultation first, then set up when we can meet on a day and time that both fits or schedules then a 2 days prior to the appointment day I will give the client a friendly reminder of the appointment. Then show up 10 minutes early to go over any changes that they might have then get the job done, leave and thank them for their time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended petsmart grooming school then I worked for that specific company for 7 years before I realize I could do more for the customer at a small business.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
That with every price quote it includes bath, brush out, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and a breed specific hair cut to the customer's liking.

All types of customers, I do not back down from a challenge. I feel like it makes me stronger. And the easy customers are a breath of fresh air.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was contacted by a customer that I had groomed their dog 2 weeks ago and she went on to tell me that I was such a wonderful person and she really loved the way I made her puppy feel while he was getting groomed and she will never go back to a grooming salon and wait 3-4 hrs to get a call to pick him up and he dont smell nor look like he had been groomed. She was so satisfied and told me that she will tell all her friend da about me. That really made my day.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Know what kind of services you want done prior to speaking with a pro. So that you can explain it to them so they can get an idea of what needs to be done to achieve it. So that everyone is satisfied and happy.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What they want done? Is it possible to achieve? And how long of a process will it take? And what could they do to keep up with it after it's been done?
