We take our time an make sure everything is safe and done correct before the truck gets taken out of park. We treat customers cars like they are our own. We wouldn't want to break our cars so we won't break yours.

Make sure you do your homework. Don't just go with the cheapest price you can get. Cheap isn't always a good thing. Make sure they can communicate with you and are polite to talk to.

What is the pick up and drop off area, type of vehicle it is, Is the vehicle able to roll on its own for loading purposes, will customer be riding with the tow truck operator
