What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually schedule an initial assessment to get am idea of the scope of work. We then write a formal estimate, which is normally emailed to the customer within 3-5 business days of the initial assessment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Served a 4 year apprenticeship through B.A.C Local #1 and certified through the PA Board of Industry & Labor. OSHA 30 hour safety training certified. Hold over 12 different certifications related to tile & stone industry

We do free initial assessment and then work on getting our customer some realistic numbers and options.
