We try meet for a face to face consultation so we can understand the client's objectives in as much detail as possible.
If we are meeting with a Seller, the goal is to provide a free, no-obligation home evaluation so that the Seller understands what their home is likely to sell for, what they will walk away with at the end of the transaction, and any pointers to help get the house ready.
When meeting with a Buyer we will take down all of the criteria you want in the home so that we can help you beat other buyers to the home you want, and make sure you get daily updates of all the homes that match the criteria. We will also review your finanical considerations and connect you to our lending partner so that you will be assured of getting the most favorable financing terms available. This is a free service and you are not obligated to sign anything.
