Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with all my clients prior to working with them to discuss their expectations and go over the process to educate them on what to expect through the whole transaction.

I have a 4 year degree in interior design. I am a licensed broker. I am always seeking the opportunity to learn more in order to best serve my clients.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

What types of customers have you worked with?
All
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I love working with all my clients to help them find the home of their dreams.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The one with the highest rating is not always the best or the most dedicated to their clients. I strongly suggest meeting your potential agent and going with who you feel most comfortable with. The agent who keeps you up to date in the form of communication you want to use. The one who you feel the most comfortable talking to and able to tell your concerns without being dismissed. Buying and selling is an emotional process your agent should communicate, listen, empathize and prepare you for every step of the process.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How will they keep you up to date and when?
Do they talk with them the entire transaction or their assistant or other team memeber?
