What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up an Interview via zoom, phone or in Person. Then determine what our goals are for the sale of their home or the purchase of another. Once we determine our goals, then we develope the plan to meet their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained with Kris Gomez for 20 years as a member of her Team!
I have a bachelors of sience degree from Penn State University and an I have obtained my Real Estate Brokers liscense.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
In Real Estate all Commisions are negotiable per real estate law. Commision standards are not allowed with-in our industry.
How did you get started in this business?
I joined the Kris Gomez Real Estate Team 20 years ago as a buyers agent. 2nd best thing I ever did, the first was to marry my soul mate!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with mostly people who want to buy or sell a residential home. I also have worked with many investors.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently listed a home that had multiple offers. My sellers decided not to accept the highest priced offer but chose the offer where the buyer was a 100% disabled veteran. I really admire my sellers because of the choice they made.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would counsel the customer to do their homework and go with a professional that has the experience and proven track record to get them to the settlement table.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I believe they should give serious thought as to what their goals are before they meet with a Realtor.
