As a first-time home buyer, I didn’t have the slightest clue on the home purchasing process or selling a home. When you are in this position, you need to find someone you fully trust and that has your best interests in mind. I feel fortunate, that by luck, I met Bob at a townhouse where he was representing the seller. I explained my unique situation, my needs and wants in a home, and within a week I was shown six homes that fit my criteria and put an offer on the home that I ended purchasing. He helped me navigate through the purchase of a bank sale which had a unique set of challenges as well. After the ease of purchasing a home, I asked him to sell my home. The way he handled getting the house that I sold ready for the market, can be related to your favorite sports player putting their team on their back for a comeback victory. The house was on the market in the mid-afternoon and had multiple showings that day and the house went under contract two days later at full asking price. During the preparation to sell my home and after it was under contract, there seemed to be endless questions and inquiries and she was always able to get back to me with an answer in a timely manner no matter how minor the inquiry.
