About
It's my husband and I working together to care for any and all of your pet sitting needs! He has been helping me the last couple of years, but I have been doing this for over a decade on my own, as well as working for another respected company. I have had certification in pet first aid and cpr, as well as knowledge of dog and cat behavior from years of studying them.
I absolutely love all doggies and kitties, and so does my husband! Just spending time with animals makes me feel joyful inside because their spirit is so sweet and innocent. I enjoy caring for them with all of the exercise, discipline and affection they deserve. I also am very happy to just sit and cuddle with them, as I feel very connected to the animals I care for.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I chat with you on the phone or through email so that we can set up a time to meet in person, either at a public place or your home, whatever works best. We then go over rates, meet the pets and discuss in detail exactly what you need. I will then discuss it with my husband (and business partner), and will get back to you within 48 hours with a decision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have personally taken a couple pet first aid & CPR classes, one on-line and one in person. I've also completed an animal psychology course and am currently studying pet nutrition as well as cat & kitten care, and will be starting another course after I'm done with those in animal physical therapy.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
$20/30-minute visit (includes walking and feeding of up to two dogs and two cats, also includes cleaning up to 3 cat litter boxes); $22/45-minute visit (also includes giving pet medication and changing up to 3 litter boxes); $25/1-hour visit (also includes dog/cat brushing) *$3 extra per pet/litter box maintenance each visit
How did you get started in this business?
I began my work with animals when I started working at the then-called Delaware County SPCA (now known as the Providence Animal Center). I was a kennel attendant and was responsible for feeding the dogs and cats, as well as cleaning out their cages and kennels. I also spent time with potential adopters in the cat room, walked the dogs around the facility and even helped out with the care of the non-traditional pets that came in.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all kinds of customers from the Delaware County area all the way to the Main Line. I've dealt with a variety of pets and pet care needs, including cats, dogs, fish, birds, lizards, guinea pigs, and even a snake. My main area of expertise is walking dogs as well as pet/house sitting. I've also had a good deal of experience dealing with pets' medication administration, including pilling dogs and giving cats IV fluids.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
There really are so many to choose from, and some of my happiest moments are just spending quality time with animals. Recently, however, one of my clients' dogs turned 18 years old, and so my husband and I decided to decorate the clients' house with balloons and a banner. The dog, Scotty, also got some extra treats and we sang happy birthday to him several times! The client, and Scotty, were extremely pleased and we enjoyed celebrating such a wonderful doggy!!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would say to make sure that they are qualified and that they really care about your pets. Check their references and be sure to settle on a price and the way it will get paid.
