Pressure Tech LLC is a veteran-owned, owner-operated exterior cleaning business based in Lindenwold and serving South Jersey. We help homeowners and businesses with house and roof soft washing, gutter and downspout cleaning, concrete and driveway cleaning, and deck and fence cleaning. You work directly with the owner for a quote based on your property's cleaning needs. Gutter cleaning is for open, accessible gutters; we do not clean beneath gutter guards.

We quote each property based on the service, size, height, access and amount of buildup. For gutter cleaning, gutter length and debris conditions also affect the quote. Exterior gutter brightening is quoted separately, and we do not clean beneath gutter guards.
How did you get started in this business?
I started Pressure Tech after leaving active duty in the U.S. Army and joining the Delaware National Guard. I'm a lifelong South Jersey resident, and I work directly with customers on exterior cleaning for their homes and businesses.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with homeowners and businesses throughout South Jersey on exterior cleaning projects, including house and roof soft washing, gutters, concrete, driveways, decks and fences.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask for a written description of the work, the cleaning method suited to your surfaces and a clear quote. Make sure you understand what is included before scheduling.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Which surfaces need cleaning, and what buildup or drainage problems have you noticed? Consider the building height, access to the work area and any delicate surfaces or landscaping. For gutter cleaning, let us know whether gutter guards are installed; we do not clean beneath guards. Photos help us review the work.
