Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will e-mail the client back by e-mail, and or give them a call back, which ever they prefer. Then, I will discuss the what my dog grooming job in tails of me coming out to their house to groom their dog right in the convenience of their own home. I will ask for their address, a phone number, and a picture of their pet which they would like groomed. Then, I can set-up a day and time of when will work for them and me to come by and groom their pet for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have plenty of customer service experience from working in retail and I have a dog grooming certificate from a dog grooming school in NJ.
