What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
National Certifed Master Groomer through the National Dog Groomers Association of America's. Pet tech CPR certified. Multiple award winning groomer, Sponsored groomer by Chris Christensen products and brand ambassador. I'm an educator in the grooming industry, I travel to compete and educate. Nominated for Up & Coming Groomer 2018 in our industry oscars called the Barkliegh Honors. Also nominated for video of the year 2019 for a video featured in my website with a client.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Grooming is unregulated, so there are not credentials needed. Certifications can be given by anyone but international a& National organizations count. Also, price shopping is not a good idea as if it's cheap, they are cutting cost somewhere and then it's typically an assembly line for dollar versus quality.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Cradentials, products used, safety standards, etc.
