What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have groomers 7 days a week but thier schedules do vary. It is best to call the store at 215-256-1455 to check our appontment availability. We groom by the weight of your dog, Cats are a flat fee based on what services you need done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All 3 of our Groomers got thier initial training at Petsmart or Petco.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We have 2 levals of grooming services.
A Bath & a Brush which includes bathing, brushing, cleaning the ears & Clipping the Nails.
A Bath & Style Which includes all of the above with tha additions styling of the coat as desired.
We also have extra services such as teeth brushing, Flea Shampoo & Anal gland expression for an additional fee.
How did you get started in this business?
We started our Grooming area about 8 years ago & have added groomers as our business has grown.
