Everything,she’s compassionate with my senior bichon frise which was quite unusual because her sister recently went to the rainbow 🌈 bridge and Bianca always got groomed with one of her siblings so that being said Charmin made her so very comfortable. Also her skills were remarkably appreciated as not everyone understands how to groom a bichon. All around between her attitude and her skills I can say with complete certainty that she is the best groomer I’ve ever had in 18 years. Thank you sooo much for your services Charmin, see you in a couple weeks.

Charmin was absolutely amazing with our Sophie! Sophie is a havapoo who was always anxious going to the groomers, even the crate free one we used for years. When my groomer wasn’t able to fit us in before our vacation, I found Charmin on Home Guide. She was able to fit us in the next day on her day off!!! We were so grateful as Soph was way over due for a grooming! She came to our home, which was 30/40 minutes away from her home base. She arrived right on time, got right down on the floor and let Soph get used to her! Sophie warmed up right away and loved her. Charmin had all her equipment with her and was able to fully bath and groom Sophie in her own element. Only thing she needed was an outlet and the bath tub! It was perfect as I was able to be home and help my anxious pup (who ended up not being so anxious with Charmin!!). We love her and booked her right away for our next grooming! I will be sending out her card to all my neighbors as my neighborhood has a lot of pups! I highly recommend Charmin for all your grooming needs!

Charmin is friendly and genuinely loves animals. Great cut, great price, efficient and when she was done, there was no mess.....nothing but my beautiful bichon.

Charmin arrived on time; setup efficiently and did a great job in bathing and grooming my Bichon Poodle and Pomeranian Poodle. After the wonderful work, Charmin packed up and cleaned up everything spotless. My wife and I work hard and have little time to make appointments and take the dogs to the groomers. Charmins service was absolutely perfect for us in that she came to our home at the best time and the value was well worth the cost. We booked the next appointment because we know that our dogs are in her good hands!
