What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We educate them on our process of setting up a walkthrough to meet their cleaner and our operations manager who will be the customer’s contact in addition to their cleaner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are familiar with the green cleaning processes through the certified green building council . We are trained on routine janitorial service as well as carpet cleaning, window cleaning, hard floor care and polishing. In addition we are trained in post construction cleaning.
